　　VC软袋是针对玻璃瓶的缺点研制的，具有良好的耐化学药品性、较好的耐温性能，其制品主要应用于：血袋、尿袋、引流袋等领域。非PVC软袋是继玻璃瓶、塑料瓶、PVC软袋后发展起来的输液袋包装形式，是在PVC的基础上改性而成，具有PVC软袋的优点，同时又克服了PVC软袋材料毒性方面的缺点，并且在降低水蒸气和气体渗透方面也有了较大提高。非PVC输液软袋采用密闭式输液，自身具有平衡压力，无需引入外界空气便可维持人体循环的密闭系统，避免了空气污染的风险，正逐渐成为大输液的包装趋势。非PVC软袋输液耐温性能良好，所以运输可不受季节的限制，也不必担心剧烈震荡给产品带来损伤，因产品具有抗跌落特点，可从一定高度下投，适用于救灾和急救。

　　生产线采用德国西门子人机界面及西门子电脑控制操作系统，可实现设备的准确控制和人性化操作。·压光成型机采用超镜面镀铬辊筒，并配备伺服电机驱动，有效制品精度要求。·软质薄膜收卷机，在了成品卷材边缘齐整度的同时，更防止成品产生起皱、鼓筋、拉伸等问题。·The production line adopts Siemens man-machine interface and Siemens computer control operating system,which can realize accurate control and humanized operation of the equipment.·The calendering machine adopts super-mirror chrome-plating roller and is equipped with servo motor driveto effffectively ensure the accuracy of products.·Special winding machine for soft fifilm can not only ensure the evenness of the edge of the fifinished coil, but alsoprevent wrinkling, bulging and stretching of the fifinished product.
